Writing & Editing

1. You have up to five rounds of free revisions. Complete rewrites are not included and will cost extra.
2. If you cancel the project for any reason after completion of the written content, I am entitled to full payment of the agreed-upon fee.
3. If you cancel the project during the writing stage, I am entitled to full payment of all hours invested up to that point.
4. I proofread all content, but you agree to do the final proofread(s) before publication. I accept no responsibility for errors that slip through.
5. The content’s copyright is yours/your organisation’s when all payment owed clears in my bank account.
6. Force majeure: I’ll meet every deadline unless there are extraordinary circumstances e.g. natural disasters.

Beta Reading

1. If you cancel the project for any reason after completion of the beta reading, I am entitled to full payment of the agreed-upon fee.
2. If you cancel the project during the beta reading, I am entitled to full payment of all hours invested up to that point.
3. I do not write, edit, rewrite, or proofread when beta reading content. I accept no responsibility for errors that slip through.
